Company BMW has presented new initial model X3. Letters 18d in name X3 xDrive 18d can hint at use of the 1.8-litre engine, however model is equipped with a 2-litre turbodiesel. The engine power makes 143 h.p. at 4000 turns in a minute. The maximum twisting moment makes 350Nm and is reached at 1750 turns in a minute. BMW declares that average consumption of fuel makes about 6.2 l/100 of km in the combined cycle.
Such consumption of fuel allows the car to pass 650-700 km on one refuelling. X3 it is possible to name one of successful models of mark - since a premiere in 2003, the companies managed to be sold more a half-million of cars. The model is equipped with a series petrol and diesel engines capacity from 150 to 286 h.p. In a current of long time, the model remained a unique premium-off-road car of the class. BMW till now sells more than rear-wheel cars in a premium-segment, than all other manufacturers, and a considerable role in it has played and X3.
BMW represents economic X3!
